Who We Are

BullsNext ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI automation company. We operate the website at bullsnext.com and all related digital services, hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Services." Our platform serves businesses globally, and this Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, prospective clients, active clients, and business contacts regardless of where they are located.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, communicate with us, or engage with any of our Services. We are committed to being clear, honest, and straightforward about how we handle your data.

02

Information We Collect

We collect personal information only to the extent necessary to provide our Services and operate our business responsibly. The types of data we may collect include identity data such as your name and job title, contact data such as your email address and company name, technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and device information, usage data such as which pages you visit and how long you spend on them, and communications data being the content of any messages or emails you send to us.

We collect this information in two ways: directly from you when you complete our contact form, send us an email, or interact with our Services; and automatically through standard web technologies such as server logs, cookies, and analytics tools when you browse our website.

We do not collect sensitive personal data — this includes health information, biometric data, religious beliefs, political opinions, or similar categories of sensitive information. We also do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.

03

How We Use Your Data

We use the personal data we collect only for specific, clearly defined purposes and will never use it in any manner that is incompatible with the reason it was originally collected.

We use your contact and identity data to respond to your enquiries and service requests accurately and without delay. We use your data to deliver, manage, and continuously improve our AI automation services and to maintain our relationship with clients and partners. We may use your contact information to send service-related communications, product updates, and important notices that are directly relevant to your use of our Services.

Where you have given us your explicit consent, we may send marketing communications about our products and business insights. You may withdraw this consent at any time and we will action that request immediately. We also use technical and usage data — always in aggregated or anonymised form where possible — to understand how our website performs and to improve the overall user experience.

We also process data as necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, to enforce our terms, to detect and prevent fraud or misuse of our Services, and to carry out internal business operations such as invoicing, record-keeping, and contract management.

04

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data only when we have a legitimate reason to do so. Depending on the nature of the activity, we rely on one or more of the following grounds.

Where you have submitted an enquiry, opted into communications, or agreed to our cookie policy, we process your data on the basis of your consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time without any negative consequence. Where processing is necessary to perform a contract with you or to take preparatory steps at your request before entering into one, we rely on that contractual necessity. Where we are under a legal duty to process or retain data — for example for financial record-keeping or responding to lawful authority requests — we process on that legal obligation.

For purposes such as operating and securing our website, preventing fraud, and improving our Services, we process data based on our legitimate business interests, provided those interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms. We assess this balance carefully before relying on it.

05

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Your information is never monetised as a product. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any unrelated third parties.

We may share your data with carefully selected service providers who process data strictly on our behalf — such as our hosting infrastructure provider, email delivery platform, and analytics service. Each of these providers is contractually obligated to handle your data securely, to use it only as instructed by us, and to maintain appropriate data protection standards.

We may disclose your information where required to do so by law or by a lawful order from a competent authority. In the event of a business restructuring, merger, or acquisition, your data may be transferred to relevant parties — you will be notified in advance and your rights will be protected throughout. We may also disclose data where strictly necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of BullsNext, our clients, or others.

06

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. We do not hold data indefinitely and actively manage our retention schedules.

As a general guide: enquiry and contact data is held for up to two years from the date of last contact; client and financial records are retained for seven years to satisfy legal and accounting obligations; website analytics data is kept for up to 26 months; and server and security logs are held for approximately 90 days. Records of your marketing preferences and consent status are retained until you withdraw consent, plus one year as an audit trail.

When a retention period ends, data is securely deleted or permanently anonymised. You may also request early deletion of your personal data at any time — see Your Rights below.

07

Your Rights

Regardless of where you are located, you have meaningful rights over your personal data and we are committed to honouring them. We will respond to any valid request within 30 calendar days.

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you and to request a copy of it. You have the right to ask us to correct any data that is inaccurate or incomplete. You have the right to request that we delete your personal data where there is no compelling reason for us to continue holding it. You have the right to ask us to restrict how we use your data in certain circumstances, and the right to receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.

You have the right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time — we will stop immediately upon receiving such a request. Where our processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of anything we did before you withdrew it.

To exercise any of these rights, please email us at bullsnext.com" style="color:#C9A84C;text-decoration:none;font-weight:500">hello@bullsnext.com with the subject line "Data Rights Request." We may need to verify your identity before we can process your request.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enable core functionality, understand how visitors use the site, and support our marketing. We use four categories of cookies.

Strictly necessary cookies are essential for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They manage things like your session and basic security. No consent is required for these. Analytics cookies collect anonymised information about how visitors interact with our site, helping us improve its performance — these require your consent. Functional cookies remember your preferences to personalise your experience — consent required. Marketing cookies track activity across websites to help deliver relevant advertising and measure campaign effectiveness — consent required.

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through our cookie consent banner or by adjusting your browser settings directly. Disabling certain cookies may limit some functionality on our site. For full detail, please see our Cookie Policy.

09

Security

We take the security of your personal data seriously and maintain a range of technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or alteration.

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Access to personal data within our organisation is restricted to authorised personnel on a strict need-to-know basis. Sensitive data stored at rest is protected using industry-standard encryption. Our systems are regularly reviewed and tested for security vulnerabilities, and we maintain a documented incident response plan to ensure that any data security event is handled swiftly and responsibly.

While we apply every reasonable precaution, no method of internet transmission is entirely without risk. We encourage you to take appropriate steps to protect your own information online as well.

10

International Data Transfers

BullsNext operates globally and some of our third-party service providers process data in countries outside your own. Where your personal data is transferred internationally, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place so that your data receives a standard of protection consistent with this policy.

Such safeguards may include transferring data only to countries or providers that meet recognised data protection standards, using contractual agreements that bind recipients to equivalent obligations, or relying on other legally recognised transfer mechanisms. We continuously assess our providers and transfer practices to ensure they remain appropriate.

If you would like more information about the specific safeguards applied to any transfer of your data, please contact us directly.

11

Children

Our Services are designed exclusively for businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data from individuals under the age of 18.

If you believe that a minor has submitted personal information to us without appropriate consent, please contact us immediately at bullsnext.com" style="color:#C9A84C;text-decoration:none;font-weight:500">hello@bullsnext.com and we will delete that data from our systems without delay.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or the nature of our business. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify you — for example by emailing active clients or displaying a prominent notice on our website.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of our Services after any updated policy is published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Previous versions are available on request.
