Parking Help privacy notice

Parking Help is a free self-help tool run by Bullsnext. This notice explains what we keep when you use it. It applies only to Parking Help at bullsnext.com/parking-help.

What we store

  • Your anonymous answers: the stage of your letter, the parking company, the type of place, the dates you enter, your yes/no answers, and the result we showed you.
  • Your email address — only if you choose to ask for reminders — with the wording you agreed to and the date.
  • Simple usage data: which pages and buttons were used, the website that sent you, your device type, your country (from your connection) and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address. We can't turn the hash back into your IP address.
  • Any feedback you send us.

What we never store

Your name, your address, your car registration and your charge reference. You type these only into the letter boxes, and they stay in your browser. They are never sent to us.

Why we use it

  • To show you your result.
  • To send the reminder emails you asked for (our lawful basis is your consent).
  • To understand how many people use the tool and which parts help, so we can improve it (our legitimate interests).

How long we keep it

We keep anonymous answers and usage data for 12 months. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you straight away. If you ask us to delete your email address, we delete it.

Who processes it for us

  • Supabase — database.
  • Resend — sending emails.
  • Vercel — hosting the website.

Your rights and contact

To see, correct or delete your data, or for any question about this notice, email parking@bullsnext.com. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
