Why workshops use it

Built for busy independent mechanics, not call centres

  • Fewer calls mid-job

Customers choose the service, car details and a time on their phone. You stop putting down the spanner to read out the diary.

  • Bookings while you're closed

Most people sort out car stuff at night or on the weekend. Your page takes those bookings at 9 pm on a Sunday, so they don't call the next shop.

  • A Book button on Google

Add your link to Google Business Profile and a Book button appears right on your listing — where most new customers find you.

How it works

Three steps. No tech skills needed.

  1. 01

    We build your page

Send us your workshop name (and website if you have one). We set up a page with your logo, colours, hours and common services.

  2. 02

Check it and switch it on

Have a look, make a test booking, then press “Switch it on”. Set a password and adjust bays, hours and prices in your dashboard.

  3. 03

    Share your link

Add it to Google, Facebook, Instagram and your SMS replies. New bookings land in your inbox and dashboard.

Tell us where to find you. We'll build the page and email you the link to check — usually within one business day.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers

Is it really free?

Yes. While we're testing with Australian workshops the booking page is completely free — no card details, no setup fee. If we ever introduce paid plans, you'll hear about it well in advance and can simply stop using it.

Am I locked into a contract?

No contract and no minimum term. You can pause online bookings from your dashboard at any time, and customers will see your phone number instead.

Do I need a website?

No. Your booking page lives at its own link, so it works on its own. Share it on Google, Facebook, Instagram, in text messages or on a sign at the counter. If you do have a website, just add a Book button that points to it.

How does the Book button on Google work?

Google Business Profile lets you add a booking link. Paste your page link into the Bookings section of your profile and Google shows a Book button on your listing in Search and Maps — usually within a few days. We'll walk you through it.

How do long jobs and bays work?

Customers book a drop-off time, not a block of your day — just like they do now on the phone. You choose how often drop-offs start (say every hour) and how many cars you can take at each one. The check happens at the moment of booking, so the last spot can't be taken twice.

What if a customer doesn't know what's wrong?

They can tap “Request a callback”, describe the problem and choose morning or afternoon. You get an email straight away with a tap-to-call button, and it shows in your dashboard until you mark it done.

What happens when someone books?

Bookings are confirmed automatically, so the customer gets a confirmation with a calendar reminder straight away and you get an email with their name, phone, car and services. Prefer to check each one first? Turn off auto-confirm and bookings wait for you to press Confirm.

A note from the founder

A note from the founder

“Good mechanics shouldn't lose jobs because they were under a car when the phone rang. I'm building this with a small group of independent Australian workshops, and it stays free while we work out what really helps. If something's missing, tell me — I read every reply.”
