Before
Paperwork follows you home
- Notes on paper or Word to type up at night
- Around 30–60 minutes per building
- Loose records and due dates that are easy to miss
Designed to save hours of evening paperwork over time. Record checks at the building, get the customer's signature and send a PDF certificate before you leave, instead of rewriting notes at night. We're building Bullsnext Fire with feedback from early-access companies.

The on-site time is a design target, not a measured result. The product is in development.
How it works
The planned workflow keeps the visit, device checks and customer record together on your phone.
Your previous device list is already loaded, so you can start with the equipment you know is there.
Check each alarm, emergency light or extinguisher. Add a photo and note when something needs attention.
Let the customer sign directly on your phone screen before you finish the visit.
Finish the visit and a professional PDF certificate is emailed to the customer automatically.
Save the next service date and get a reminder before the building is due again.
First version
Certificate layouts planned around the BS 5839-1 model forms.
Records for periodic testing based on BS 5266-1.
Record checks and service findings for extinguishers.
The planned workflow sends the finished certificate to the customer automatically.
Save the next service date and receive a reminder before it's due.
What it is not: a big all-in-one system. Version 1 will not include invoicing or scheduling.
Early access offer
Join while we shape the first version around the everyday needs of small UK fire safety teams.
Early access: £29/month for life for our first 20 companies. Flat price per company, not per engineer. No contract, cancel anytime.
Questions

No. Bullsnext Fire is independent and is not affiliated with BAFE, FIA, NICEIC or BSI. The planned certificate layouts are based on the published model forms. The engineer remains responsible for carrying out the inspection and for the certificate's contents.
